Financial Policy
We require that you render your estimated co-payment for services provided at the time of each visit.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file your insurance claim for you. We will be happy to determine the benefits allowable under your policy to the best of our knowledge. However, unlike medical insurance, dental insurance does not usually cover 100% of the charges incurred. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid; is your responsibility. Our office will also provide your insurance company with necessary documents and x-rays at no extra charge.
Every effort is made to keep down the cost of dental care, therefore; your prompt payment of dental services is appreciated. We accept cash, checks, and debit or credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa. For patients interested in extended payment plans, we offer financing through CareCredit.
